Virgin Money Credit Card have maintained their introductory 0% balance transfer period of 20 months meaning they are still one of the leading credit card firms for interest free periods.
Full details on this card can instantly be found through our link to Virgin credit cards.
Whilst the interest free period may not be quite as long as that offered by Barclaycard Platinum the standard balance transfer fees tend to be lower making this a better choice for customers intended to repay the facility within 20 months. Its always important though to ensure what additional offers are on the table at any point in time as a number of companies have offered short term reductions on these fees as a further way to entice new customers.
With fees charged for taking a balance transfer differing the process the cheapest card will depend on the length of time you wish to borrow for – we suggest you consider the maximum period you wish to take an interest free balance transfer for, and then find the one offering the lower balance transfer fee covering that period – this can be easily identified using the moneymaxim 0% Interest Free Balance Transfer Comparison service.
