Moneymaxim customers rank service as excellent!
We have always had great feedback here at moneymaxim - our service standards are a cornerstone of the business, but having started asking customers to record their feedback even we have been surprised at the overwhelming sense of satisfaction our customers have from dealing with a company like ours.
Financial services companies have never been at the forefront of positive customer feedback - just consider the recent complaint numbers the FSA have released about the Banks - but we truly believe here that with attention to detail, regular contact, and doing what we promise we can deliver to a standard not seen elsewhere.
