British Gas has today announced launch of a new tariff – Energyshare which replaces it Future Energy and Future Energy Plus price plans. The changes take place immediately.
Any customers signing up to the plan benefit from the following:
The energyshare tariff is accredited by the Green Energy Supply Certification Scheme ensuring the stated claims are real and measurable. It is also supported by River Cottage who have the aim of changing the way people source, use and generate their energy.
The tariff does come at a premium as its price is set at the same level as the companies ‘Standard Tariff' which tends to cost between 15% and 20% more than the most competitive in the market.
It is easy to see what your household will pay if you switch to British Gas Energyshare using our independent and impartial energy comparison service, which will also allow you to assess the plan against other renewable fuel options.
