Moneymaxim are a company driven by its customers. Owned only by its management team we prefer to build our company on our users feedback - and happy customers is the reason we are growing so rapidly!

Whilst the size of our business means that we are not obliged to issue a Modern Slavery Statement we share the company's policy in this respect.
Modern slavery is a violation of fundamental human rights and a crime. Taking different forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking, it deprives a person of their liberty through another's actions in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.
Moneymaximiser Limited operates a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in our supply chains.
Customer feedback and how it drives us
Until January 2019 we used Trustpilot to gather feedback on the products we offer, and the service our team deliver. 98% of our users rate us as excellent or great, but even those who rank us lower give us welcome feedback.
From February 2019 we are started using Reviews.co.uk to collect reviews on our behalf.
This drives both improvements to the way our current products work and helps us build new propositions.
This also helps us ensure we adopt and embrace the FCA Consumer Duty principles which are a cornerstone of the way our regulator expects us to work.
