Getting through the airport terminal to the departure gate is something few of us really look forward to (except perhaps those who love to shop at the airport!). However many are now discovering the benefits of taking a leaf out of the business class travellers' book and booking themselves into an executive lounge.

For a fraction of the cost of upgrading your flight you can start your journey in the same relaxed manner - benefiting from the free drinks and snacks (including many alcoholic drinks), papers and magazines and space to spread yourselves out a bit.

If you want to surf the net, wifi is available and you can always kick your shoes off and watch the telly.

With both business and child friendly areas, all types of traveller are catered for. Kids can watch videos, play video games or attack the play area.

Booking into an airport lounge is remarkably cheap as well - when you consider the savings you can make on food and drinks costs at the airport, and how much you might spend on papers or magazines.

We have a range of Airport Lounge providers who, between them, offer a wide range of locations. Not every airport terminal is covered though - especially as some airlines who have sole usage rights like to use them as an 'encouragement' to passengers to upgrade to a Business or First Class ticket. Terminal 5 at Heathrow is one such example of this where British Airways have control of all of the lounges in the terminal.

Something that makes waiting for a flight more bearable is comfy seats, those mythical things that seem to elude the airport terminal - the lounge has them in abundance. Those horrid seats separated by metal bars that prevent you from really relaxing are worth paying to get away from, right?

We know waiting for a flight is no fun wherever you are. So whether you're in the UK or abroad, we have the perfect lounges for you to relax in before you travel.
