A number of policies on the MoneyMaxim car hire insurance service are available to expats, non UK residents and citizens with homes both abroad and in the UK.
Our table below summarises the position of for those companies who are not restricted to UK residents only.
Our service will look at where you want to hire and where you live - with one exception! If you are looking to hire a car in either Iceland or Jamaica please avoid Worldwide Insure - they have in the past few days announced that they cannot cover either country - so please avoid them if either country is one you are planning to hire a car in.
So we would suggest you run a comparison through our car hire insurance comparison service selecting your country of residence, we'll then show you insurers who will cover you.
Finally, before taking out your policy, quickly check the terms and conditions to ensure they have not changed since we last updated our site.
