MoneyMaxim - Looking to lead the Financial Services Market

MoneyMaxim has the aim of extending and expanding customers choices when it comes to ways UK consumers can review and compare their financial and utility suppliers.

We believe we are the first company in the UK to launch an independent, impartial review service that can be accessed both on line and on the phone, covering a range of different areas. This enables us to inform customers over their choice, and answer key questions that help the selection process.

In developing our services we had at the heart of our thoughts the Financial Conduct Authority's (formally the Financial Services Authority) 'Treating Customers Fairly' principles and determined the following would be adopted as our companies policies in ensuring our customers are better served than they would be by our competitors:

  • Through the actions of our management we encourage a corporate culture that focuses on the fair treatment of customers
  • We define clear processes for managing customer interaction so we can audit our performance simply
  • We train our employees in how we treat customers fairly as a company and their responsibilities for ensuring the fair treatment of customers
  • We define clear measures for how we achieve each of the Treating Customers Fairly outcomes relevant to us
  • We review Treating Customers Fairly performance at the company board meetings and document corrective and preventative action to ensure that TCF improves on an ongoing basis
  • We avoid conflicts of interest between other business activities and the fair treatment of customers
  • We share our key measurements of our Treating Customers fairly policy with our employees, and help them interpret our performance with appropriate guidance
  • Operate a Conflicts of Interest policy to ensure employees and the firms interests do not get in the way of fair treatment of customers

In addition to the above MoneyMaximiser will use the information you provide to regularly check that any insurers who appear competitive against the panel it currently uses are encouraged to offer quotes as well - this way we can ensure our quotes are always amongst the best in the market.
