The What Car? Editor-in-chief, Chas Hallett, said: "This is a great accolade for everyone at Jaguar. The study shows that customers are really satisfied with their Jaguars, a hugely important feat for any car maker.”
The research suggested that consumers are least satisfied with Chevrolet as a manufacturer, along with Vauxhall, Fiat, Mitsubishi, Citroen, Peugeot, Renault and a number of others.
It was found that the Jaguar XF is the best executive car, the KIA Sportage is the best compact SUV and the VW Scirocco is the best sports car.
