Located on the Mississippi river, Minneapolis and the state capital St Paul are known as the Twin Cities. Minneapolis is a very green city with a wealth of parks including the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden with its famous spoon and cherry sculpture.
MSP airport is an easy 15 minute drive from both the centre of Minneapolis and downtown St Paul so a rental car is a great option.
Flights arrive regularly direct from London Heathrow, Paris and Amsterdam.
Terminal 1 - The car hire desks are on the ground floor of the Silver Parking Ramp. Take the underground tram to the ramp and then follow the signs for car rental.
Terminal 2 - All the rental desks for on-airport suppliers are located in the Ground Transportation Center which is on the ground floor of the Purple Ramp which is immediately opposite the terminal building.
All the on-airport car rental companies have offices in both terminals so you can return your car to either one.
