Santanders new Grand Prix Podium Special Mortgage offers a three-year tracker mortgage at 3.21 per cent with no fee and 75 per cent loan to value (LTV) to new customers.

From Friday 2nd July 21, Santander is offering homeowners the opportunity to qualify for its new Grand Prix Podium Special mortgage. Santander, for those who are not motoring fans, sponsor Ferrari in Formula 1.

Santander is rewarding existing mortgage customers looking to move property for their loyalty and increasing the Loan-to-Value ratio from 75 to 8 per cent on its two year fixed and two year tracker Loyal Mover products, meaning that more existing Santander customers could qualify for these deals.
